12、建立了测定钼()的动力学新方法。研究了该催化褪色反应的最佳动力学条件和参数。线性范围在0.020.4g/mL时符合比耳定律,检出限为2.38ng/mL。催化反应为动力学一级反应,表现活化能为133.53kJ/mol。反应速率常数为1.410-3s-1。考察了多种共存离子的影响,表明本方法具有较好选择性。方法用于土壤中痕量钼的测定,相对标准偏差为4.0%,试样加标回收率为99.0%103.0%;用于黄豆样品中痕量钼的测定,相对标准偏差为0.9%,式样加标回收率为99.3%101.0%。关键词:催化动力学;光度法;溴酸钾;乙基橙;钼AbstractBased on NH3-NH4Cl buffer
