4、ions including HR, FO, HSKP, S&M, F&B, Fin (Sample program in Toolkit) Recruit as Level 8 (Service associates/Supervisor) according to the candidates experience and background 1-2 levels up upon successful completion of the program depending on performance (Performance management and succession plan
