The purpose of this practice is to
4、instruct all managers, discipline engineers, supervisors, foreman and also the workers in the basic step-by-step procedure conducting a JHA. 工作危险性分析（JHA）是在为了减小、消除和控制操作和执行工作期间的风险而进行的正式的检查和实施的程 序。本安全规定的目的是为所有的管理人员、专业工程师、主管、 班组长以及工人提供进行工作危险性分析 （JHA）的基本步骤。 The JHA Process is considered the most sophisti

7、程度或大小。 The control measures required to eliminate and control the associated risks 消除和控制关联风险所需的控制措施。 A safe work procedure that can be followed by all personnel which includes the precautions needed to be taken whilst performing the work 所有人员应遵循的安全工作的程序，包括在执行工作期间需要采取的预防措施。 2.1 When to perform a JHA

13、od of control to eliminate or reduce the risk 规定消除或减小风险的控制方法 Determine if the control has minimized the risk to an acceptable level 确定控制措施是否已将风险减小到了可接受的程度 Re-confirm that each activity / task are in a logical sequence 重新确认每项工作/任务是否符合逻辑顺序 Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) should be conducted by the person re
14、sponsible for the activity along with supervisors and personnel that will be involved in the doing of the work. The completed Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) must be agreed to and signed off by the following; 工作危险性分析（JHA）应当由负责完成工作的人，与主管以及参与工作的人员一起进行。完成后的工作危险 性分析（JHA）必须由下列人员认可并签字： Area Construction Manager
