3、提供信息服务。同意学校向国家有关部门或机构送交论文的复印 件和磁盘。本人在校期间取得的研究数据、相关成果等知识产权归天津商业大学所有。 注:涉及保密的学位论文在解密后适用本授权。 学位论文作者签字: 指导教师签字: 曰期:摘要 由于我国中小企业的规模较少,财务管理理念落后,企业的财务管理人员没有充 分发挥财务管理在资金运用、计划和分配中的作用。在日益激烈的竞争中,中小企业 逐渐处于劣势,制约中小企业发展的关键问题是财务管理问题。因此,对企业的财务 管理问题进行研究就显得尤为重要。本文以A公司的财务管理问题为研究背景,分析 企业财务管理的现状,总结企业财务管理方面存在的问题及问题产生的原因,并由
4、此 提出加强企业财务管理工作的合理建议,并提供现实可靠的借鉴。 本文的内容包括: 第一章是绪论部分,首先介绍了本论文的选题背景及意义,接着简要归纳了国内 外关于财务管理理论的综述,最后介绍了本文的研究内容、研究方法及论文结构,为 以下问题的研究提供理论基础。 第二章是对A公司的财务管理现状进行分析,主要介绍了行业的背景、企业的基 本情况以及财务管理现状。其中,财务状况主要从机构的设置和投融资情况进行了简要 的分析。 第三章通过对A公司财务管理的现状进行分析,总结出企业存在的财务管理问题 及其问题产生的原因:(1)家族式的管理模式下,企业缺少财务管理意识。(2)资产 管理疏松,财务控制薄弱。(3
5、)筹资能力差,资金短缺。(4)缺乏科学的投资管理。 第四章是对企业完善财务管理所提出的对策,根据上述现状及原因的分析,总结 出解决上述问题的优化建议:(1)应收账款管理策略。(2)存货管理策略。(3)筹资 管理策略。(4)投资管理策略。 第五章对全文研究内容进行总结,归纳出本文最终的研究结果及对未来的展望。 本文的贡献之处在于:1.本文通过对A公司财务问题的调查研究,概括出企业财 务管理的现状,根据现状指出财务管理方面存在的问题,并且对问题产生的原因做了 详细的探讨,从目前企业的生存发展方面来讲,提出对于解决这一问题的合理化建议, 由点及面,为我国其他中小型企业的财务管理问题提供宝贵的建议。2
6、.本文是通过笔 者亲自去企业内部实践调查所得出的结论,文中内容真实可靠,具有现实性意义,能 够真实的反应出企业财务管理的现实状况,为本文的研究提供了切实的实践基础。 本文的不足之处:1.由于财务数据属于企业内部的保密资料,本文所引用的数据 及内容具有一定的局限性,不能全面反映所提到的问题。2.本文对于其他经济管理方 面的研究提到的较少,重点是从财务管理的角度进行分析。3.由于本人的理论知识和 实际经验有限,所以更多的是从实务方面对企业的财务管理问题进行分析,对于相关 理论的研究缺乏探讨。 关键词:高新技术;财务管理;分析 ABSTRACT As the scale of the small a
7、nd medium-sized enterprises in our country is very small, the concept of financial management is at a disadvantage,the financial management staff did not give full play to the role of financial management in the use of funds, planning and allocation. The small and medium enterprises at a disadvantag
8、e gradually in the increasingly fierce competition, the key issues of restrict the development of small and medium-sized enterprise is the financial management problems. Therefore,the research of the financial management issues of the enterprises is particularly important. The paper is on the backgr
9、ound of Financial Management of A company of the corporate status quo of financial management, summed up the problems of financial management and analysis of the causes of the problems, and put forward reasonable proposals to strengthen the work of corporate financial management, provide a realistic
10、 reference for the financial management of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. The content of this paper includes: The first chapter is the introduction, which first introduced the background and significance of the paper, and then briefly summarized the theory of financial manage
11、ment at home and abroad,finally introduced the content of this study,research methods and structure of the paper, provides a theoretical basis for the following questions. The second chapter is analysis the financial management of the status quo the A Company, mainly introduced the industry backgrou
12、nd、the basic situation of the enterprise and the financial situation, including the institutional settings and investment and financing situation. The third chapter analyzes the present situation of the financial management of company A,sums up the problems and way causes the financial management pr
13、oblems: (1) Under the family management mode, the enterprises lack awareness of financial management. (2) Asset management is loose,financial control is weak. (3) Financing ability is poor and shortage of funds. (4) Lacking of scientific investment management. The fourth chapter is put forward the c
14、ountermeasures to improve enterprise financial management,according to the present situation and the reason analysis, summarized suggestions ideas to solve these problems. (1) Accounts receivable management strategy. (2) Inventory management strategy. (3) Financing management strategy (4) Investment
15、 management strategy. The fifth chapter is summary the full text research, summed up the final results of this paper and vision for the ftiture. The contribution of this paper is that: 1. By the research of the financial management of A Company, summed up the status quo of financial management, then
16、 pointed out the problems, and detail discuss the cause of the problems, discussion on the survival and development of enterprises, put forward for reasonable suggestion to solve this problem, from the point to the surface, provide valuable advice for other small and medium-sized enterprise. 2.
