Warranty period of appliances purchased for business, commercial or company use is 3 months for complete unit and functional parts unless otherwise specified in the contract. Warranty period for appliances sold at reduc
10、ed prices is the same, but no warranty claim for price reduced position. Within warranty period, the consumer should show the valid purchase invoice of the appliance and other rel- evant guarantee documents defined by the manufac- turer when asking for free of charge repair. Consumer should keep the
11、 warranty card and the purchase invoice properly and show them together when asking for free of charge repair. The warranty period starts form the invoice date. 12、red by the free of charge repair and should be paid by the customer: Damage caused by improper transportation, installation, operation, maintenance and storage by customer. Damage caused by power supply on customer site less than 180V or more than 242V. Damage caused by unauthorized repair. Without
13、valid purchase invoice or without relevant guar- antee document. The guarantee document is amended by customer or doesnt accord with the appliance. Damage caused by force majeure. Out of warranty. If the appliances are used under condition of improper power supply, water supply, temperature or humid
14、ity, the damage and loss are not covered by the free of charge repair and should be paid by the customer.
