Notwithstanding section 17 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, the licensing au
6、thority of the town of Southbridge may grant to_In said town, a license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises under section 12 of said chapter 138. The license shall be subject to all of said chapter 138 except section 17 The licensing authority shall not approve the tr
7、ansfer of the license to any other location. SECTION 2. 9、 to common victuallers licensed pursuant to chapter 140 of the General laws to conduct restaurants, for the sale of all alcoholic beverages and for the sale of wines and malt beverages to be drunk on the premises under section 12 of said chapter 138. The licenses shall be subject to all of said chap
