In this situation, Party A has the right to take backthe premises and take actions against party B, s breach.5. Deposit1) Guarantying the safety and goo
7、d conditions of the premisesand attached facilities and account of relevant fees aresettled on schedule during the lease term, party B will payto party A as a deposit before(month) (day) (year). Party Awill issue a written receipt after receiving the deposit.2) Unless otherwise provided for by this

12、 Party B hasthe right to terminate the contract and Party A must returnthe deposit.3) Party A will guarantee the lease right of the premises. Incase of occurrence of ownership transfer in whole or in partand other accidents affecting the right of lease by partyB, . party A shall quarantce that the n

15、l.When this contract expires, Party B may take away the addedfacilities without changing the good conditions of thepremises for normal use.3) Party B will not transfer the lease of the premises or subletit without Party A, s approval and should take good care ofthe premises. Termination and dissolution of the contract1) Within one month before the contract expires, Party B willnot
18、ify Party A if it intends to extend the lease. In thissituation, two parties will discuss matters over theextension. Under the same terms Party B has the priority tolease the premises.2) When the lease term expires, Party B will return the premisesand attached facilities to Party A within days. Any
19、belongingsleft in it without Party A s previous understanding will bedeemed to be abandoned by Party B.
