21、ars old by trained investigator face to face in community entering into dwelling house.Result: Within 8228 residents, there are 2111 residents had chronic disease (with the prevalence of 25.66%, male 27.52%, female 24.03%). The highest rank the first four prevalent disease are hypertension (18.80%),
22、 diabetes (2.59%), chronic rhinitis (1.73%) and chronic gastroenteric disease (1.19%). The major impact factors are age (OR=1.892-5.372), sex (OR=1.524), marriage Yuqin Cao, Guoxing Ping, Ronghua Wu et al(OR=2.203-4.440), culture (OR=0.624-0.544), occupation (OR=0.719-1.408), smoking (OR=1.408), ini
23、tiatively learn health knowledge (OR=1.385), overweight (OR=2.152). logistic analysis tableConclusion: Prevalence of chronic disease are quite high in downtown and rural district in Nanhai City. The majority of chronic disease are hypertension, diabetes, chronic rhinitis and chronic gastroenteric di
