2、技术的车载电脑系统。Telematics服务功能:1, 驾乘人员安全:乘员发起报警,车辆自动发起报警2, 车辆安全监控:防盗监控,远程控制,位置追踪3, 行车定位导航:GPS定位导航、电子地图与兴趣点查询4, 实时路况数据:道路阻断、事故、拥堵信息,参与导航计算5, 远程故障诊断:实时远程诊断、保养维护服务计划6, 目的地代设定:座席话务支持、远程代设目的地、兴趣点代搜索7, 信息传递服务:天气信息、车辆检测报告提醒、及其他Telematics介绍eCall : Pan-European In-vehicle Emergency Call System欧盟启动“泛欧eCall服务”的运作模式。

3、当汽车触发安全气囊时,车载感测器将自动触发eCall,此时车载系统将与112建立语音连接,与此同时,将发送最小数据集(MSD)包括时间、地点、行驶方向和车辆描述等事故关键信息给最近的第一层PSAP(公共安全应回点), PSAP 运营商将同时收到语音呼叫及MSD。MSD提供的讯息将被解码并显示在PSAP运营商设备上,同时,运营商将能听到车内发生的事情,还可以与乘客进行语音通话。这些将帮助运营商确定事故现场所需的紧急服务转至第二层PSAP,如救护车、消防队、警察等做适当响应。如果eCall没有自动启动,受伤的驾驶人或乘客也可以直接按钮报案 eCall是什么IVS: In Vehicle Syste
