3、当汽车触发安全气囊时，车载感测器将自动触发eCall，此时车载系统将与112建立语音连接，与此同时，将发送最小数据集（MSD）包括时间、地点、行驶方向和车辆描述等事故关键信息给最近的第一层PSAP(公共安全应回点)， PSAP 运营商将同时收到语音呼叫及MSD。MSD提供的讯息将被解码并显示在PSAP运营商设备上，同时，运营商将能听到车内发生的事情，还可以与乘客进行语音通话。这些将帮助运营商确定事故现场所需的紧急服务转至第二层PSAP，如救护车、消防队、警察等做适当响应。如果eCall没有自动启动，受伤的驾驶人或乘客也可以直接按钮报案 eCall是什么IVS: In Vehicle Syste
