38、起我的兴趣。通过跨学科（不同系科的学生）通过跨文化（不同国籍和种族的学生）通过跨年级（课程隔年开设）教师团队是整个课程的综合体现，也是每门课程的重要目标。最焦虑也是最有成就感的学习；二年级末开讲座谈选题，学生开始准备，6月22日前交开题计划书。暑假继续准备。计划书可能退回重写，通过后在3年级第一周指定一位导师论文的全部责任在学生，导师的角色是有限的，只提供方向性指导。一共四次指导：1）框架与计划；2）三千字初稿进程检查；3）个性化指导；4）论文的学术严谨性，写作质量等指导。选题的学科针对性强不要总想选择经典作品来写，但普通文本应具有同样的学术严谨性，不一定要以作者为基础，可以是“比较”、“主题”或“体裁”。有文本细节分析和理论宽广视域有一年时间的写作过程（导师把握）能反映学科当下争论的内容可以有自己的文学创作1万英文词三年级4月25日交论文，持续将近一年时间。对剽窃有严格的细节规定。教授、讲师、助教（博士生）教授可能不出现在课堂，但仍然是课程的灵魂好的lecture可能来自博士生学科是由课程、研究和团队构成；学科团队是一个多层次的人员，包括本科生；学科包含不同活动：课堂、教师讨论会、研究项目、学术会议等等；学科是一种若隐若现的共识，是一个院系的特色，一群教师凝聚点的来源；学科建立在不同视角研究的对话点上。绝不能把教学与研究分开来思考。提问时间提问时间他山之石，可以攻玉，玉在哪里？
