1、 摘 要投资决策在企业经营发展过程中应用范围较广，并根据基本流程制定科学决策，分析决策的可行性。投资决策包括两个组成部分，一是投资，二是决策，这都是企业发展过程中的重要组成部分，有利于进一步扩大企业业务规模，企业要实现可持续发展，首先要制定适应企业发展的决策。而这种方法，有利于进一步提高企业财务管理效率，具有划时代的意义。因此本文对企业投资决策问题进行探究，分析企业投资决策情况，且以豫联集团为例进行探究，使文章更加充实。文章主要采用文献资料法以及案例分析法两种探究方法进行探究，首先对研究背景意义等进行了论述，为后文的探究奠定了框架；其次对投资决策的定义、意义、目的等进行了概述，为之后的论证提供
2、理论基础；再次对豫联集团投资决策案例进行全面分析；最后提出相关对策与建议。文章在分析之后，主要提出的对策为进行技术精进与产业定位、进行管理创新以及培养扶持战略企业文化。具体来说，在科学技术作为解放和发展生产力的重要基础以及高新技术作为社会生产力制高点的20世纪，集团应紧跟形势，加速科技研发和技术创新，完备机制考核和技术革新激励，加速技术革新不发，以不断提高技术含量来提升产业层次。另外，新型的管理是增强运作效率和核心竞争，实现企业发展策略的重要保证，因此需要进行创新。最后企业理念和行为方式一旦达成共识，成为企业文化，将极大地影响员工的行为和想法，故而需要重视企业文化。希望本文的研究能够在一定程度

14、业面临巨额损失。对企业经营发展而言，投资协作的影响力是不容忽视的，决定了企业今后的发展方向，因此，企业投资决策首先要对这一因素做深入研究。豫联集团有限责任公司集合了多种业务为一体，包括集科、工、贸、商等，根据近些年投资决策，做具体研究，有利于为其他企业提供参考依据。豫联集团近年来发展速度较快，其投资状态相对较好，其投资决策情况本身便具备一定的代表性，故而笔者将选择该企业为例进行深入探究。通过对其投资决策进行的深入分析，尤其是对其进行的预测，一方面能够为本企业的发展提供方向，同时也能为其他企业提供参考。2.研究意义理论意义：本文研究过程全面分析了豫联集团现阶段的投资状况、同时，按照企业财务数据、
15、以及行业趋势等现阶段的投资机会，明确企业投资风险，从而为企业制定投资决策提供参考依据。这一分析有利于进一步的研究类似问题，也能够提高投资决策效率。 现实意义：在大多数投资决策资料当中，国内外研究学者将研究重点放在发达国家上，而对发展中国家的研究资料相对不足。本文研究过程中首先分析了该企业的投资决策效果，同时，对国内企业现阶段投资决策过程中的不足提出一定的补充。同时，吸取了该企业投资决策经验，有利于提高该企业的经济实力。（二）文献综述1.国外文献综述Choi S.M.,and Kim H（2016）提出市场投资者的情绪能够反映在技术面上，股票价格会随着市场投资情绪变化而波动。我们可以利用市场情绪
16、导致的股价波动来获得投资回报。此外，评估某上市公司股票价格时，除了考虑上市公司的内在价值,还有其他因素如投资者心理波动、技术面信息等对股票价格短期波动的影响。Bo（2016）基于声誉跟风视角，以英国上市公司为研究对象，通过建立跟风投资行为模型，分析管理层声誉对跟风投资行为的影响，研究发现当管理层越注重自己的声誉时，其跟风投资程度越严重。2.国内文献综述王关志，简恒贵（2018）研究表明，投资利润率、投资回收期等非贴现方法，净现值法、现值指数法和内含报酬率等考虑资金时间价值的贴现方法，考察了最近提出的实物期权方法。分析了这些方法存在的主要问题，以及目前人们提出的一些改进方法。最后对这些方法进行简要分析与评价，从而对投资决策做出更科学合理的判断。
