6、h.Demands of 830 is changeable weekly.If blank PO is revised, PO No. will change.Normally, 830 is based on one blank PO.Blank PO cover possible total demands of one period of time (more than half a year)Normally, blank PO is one kind of 850, so structure of it is quite different from 830.If there is

7、 blank PO only and there is no 830 coming in, there will be no use of .830 & 24wks Shipping Plan24wks Shipping Plan is based on three important factors: 830, inventory and sales trend, and 830 is the most important one.In 24wks Shipping Plan, project buffer and inventory days are based on 830 direct

8、ly.From 830, we can analyze whole demand trend and curve of life circle, we can also analyze sales curve and compare it with 830 record in past weeks. That will be more helpful for us to arrange our 24wks Shipping Plan.HOW TO DEAL WITH 850Firstly, we have to review and to see whether:1.This 850 is E

Fall Out Replacement Component Exchange.3.F

33、orce is defined as components that are in the Level 5 enclosure that may fail at level 10 test.4.We position these components so the level 10 mfg does not need to tear down the level 10 to a level 5 enclosure them RMA it to us.
