1、大轴主动放线架操作说明Large pintle active payoff rack instruction按下升降按钮,可以使装卸线盘的臂符合线盘适当高度以利于装卸线盘，本机上只有升降按钮和控制电源钮以及放线有效旋钮。拉出线材绕到储线架上，尽量将动滑轮置于中间位置，然后打开放线开关即可正常放线，如果线材断线动滑轮碰到下限开关放线就会自动停机并刹车。动滑轮碰到上限开关也会停机刹车。Put down the lifting button can make the drum load/unload arm in accordance with the suitable hight which be

Draw out cable and wind into storage rack, put the pulley in the middle as much as possible and then turn on the payoff button its can work normally. If break off, pulley will hit the upper limit
3、switch, the payoff may stop and brake automaticly. The same result as hitting the lower limit switch.可以通过增加动滑轮的重量来增加线材的张力，其速度的控制是由收线机的速度决定的（通过调节储线架上电位器来实现），收线快放线就快，收线慢放线就慢。如果放线的反应不够灵敏可以通过调节变频器（MD320NT内参数FA-05来实现。该值越大反应越快反之越慢，不过请慎重调节该参数）。Its can increase the pulley weight to increase the tension of c

Please adjust carefully.)大轴被动放线架操作说明Large pintle passive payoff rack instruction 装好线盘，拉出线材绕到储线架上，调整张力控制器上旋钮使放线张力达到放线要求的张力正常放线。如果动滑轮碰到上限开关助力马达会自动启动运行配合张力主动放线，当动滑轮回到中间位置时马达就会停止进入被动张力放线模式（助力张力调节旋钮在电控箱内）。如果动滑轮掉到下限位置时就会自动刹车When installed the drum, draw out

9、rol Panel.根据线盘的宽度可以通过调节光杆排线器的正反向挡块来调节排幅的宽窄。至于排距可以通过调节光杆排线器上的刻度盘的位置来实现。具体调节为压下游标顶部使其脱离咬合齿轮移动其位置改变排距。数值越小排距越小，反之越大。同时也可以通过调节精密电位器旋钮来改变排线的速度达到调节排距的效果。According to the width of drum, we can use forward and backword blocks of bar gathering stand to adjust the width of throw of rolling drive. 11、just accurate potentiator knob to change the rolling drive speed in order to get pitch adjusted. 文本显示器上就只有速度显示以及米数显示和计米设定和计米修正设定。设定米数时只要按下（SET）键即可进行设定，按下数字键和移位键或者上下箭头按钮均可进行修改数值，修改完成按下（ENT）键即可输入新的数值。同时进入计米修正的设定，不需要设定直接按下（ESC）键即可退出。设定方法亦同上。计米修正的值是计米轮的周长，如果线材计米不准确可以适当调整。There are only speed, meter-coun

Press numeric key and shif key or up and down arrow keys can revise value, when revised press ENT key can input new value. At the same time, it into meter-count revise. If neednt, press ESC can quit out.
