2、e return processing and claim processing/credit notes address and resolve in a timely manner all delivery disputes and order status inquiries/issues follow-up on and expedite back-orders and provide weekly open-order report execute rush-order requests following customers operational procurement poli
3、cies and procedures provide invoice resolution support support import & export formalities and prepare proper docs. for import & exp. support or be the delegate by the requestor to setup new vendors in customer system. assist companys sourcing team to achieve year on year saving for the company enti
4、ty. act as a checkpoint to the controlled substance ordering lead the onsite service team to perform the laboratory service and supply chain service, the service scope will cover: order management, procurement, import/export, inventory management, goods receiving, chemical management, glassware wash
5、ing, lab coat, waste management etc. responsible for the total ownership of the service level at customer site 任职要求: minimum requirements/qualifications: 2-5 years of similar experience is required like procurement for r&d centers or pharmaceutical companies. ariba/sap experience is preferred. must
6、be able to read, write and speak english very well, cet-4 is required. must possess a bachelors degree or above with the background of chemistry, bio-science, material science, supply chain etc. must display a high level of confidentiality for both the customer and thermo fisher scientific. must maintain thermo fisher scientifics 4i values. must have good communication and negotiation skills. must have good skill to work under pressure.
