1、【搜狐教育 - 商务英语考试(BEC)考试时间】2011下半年商务英语考试时间安排与考试流程 排如下:BEC初级:11月26日BEC中级:12月3日BEC高级:11月19日BEC考试流程:BEC考试的顺序依次是阅读,写作,听力,口语。考试一般9点钟开始,但请各位考生以准考证上的时间为准,最好提前30分钟到达。记得吃早餐。如果方便,可以带瓶水,但是注意不要让水影响到你的试卷和答题卡。提前上厕所。检查自己的是否带了准考证、身份证、铅笔、黑色中性笔、橡皮。进入教室,你会发现黑板上写着各部分的具体考试时间。不要慌张,沉着应对。笔试部分:考试开始后,首先会发给你阅读试卷,考试进行至50分钟左右,老师会提
2、醒填涂答题卡。考试进行到1个小时左右,老师会收阅读试卷和答题卡,同时发给你写作试卷。写作45分钟(此为中级考试时间,高级写作70分钟,初级是阅读写作共90分钟)完成。结束这两项试题大约在上午10:45,之后,休息510分钟,你可以离开座位去厕所。休息结束后,开始听力考试,听力有试音,在休息时间进行。听力考试程序如下:1.发试卷、答题卡。2.考试开始播放录音。拆开试卷,检查试卷。有任何问题,在此时间内提问,英语汉语都可以。3.考试正式开始。4.录音播放完毕后,老师确定10分钟后收听力的试卷和答题卡。这里需要说明的是:按照剑桥大学官方的指示,在开始播放录音之后,你才可以拆开试卷,浏览试题。但是中国
3、的考试都是提前发卷的,一般是提前5分钟。所以大家可以利用这多出来的5分钟时间,先浏览第二部分试题,然后再是第一部分、第三部分。口试部分:笔试当天下午或者第二天上午进行口语考试。其先后顺序是按照姓名首字母排列的。一定要注意自己的编号。口语考试程序如下:1.被叫号的人进入候考室候考。2.在候考室内进行分组。由叫号老师分组,一般是14组,28个人同时候考。需要注意的是:候考大约有10-15分钟时间,要耐心等待。利用这段时间你可以和搭档再练练口语,分配好口语第三部分话题任务,定下来由谁先开头,记住两个人别争吵。口语考试采取面试形式,试题由三部分构成,是有关商务话题的简短谈话和讨论。考场内有两位考官,一

Article24 Theboardofdirectorsshallconveneatleastonemeetingeveryyear. Themeetingshallbecalledandp
10、residedoverbythechairmanofthe board.Thechairmanmayconveneaninterimmeetingbasedonaproposal madebymorethanonethirdofthetotalnumberofdirectors.Minutesof themeetingsshallbeplacedonfile. Article 25 Themeetingshallbevalidonlywhenmorethantwothirdsofthetotal numberofdirectorsattend.Incaseofabsence,thedirect
11、orshallentrust anotherpersontoattendandvoteforhimwithatrustdeed. Chapter10BusinessManagementOffice Article26 Thecooperativeventurecompanyshallestablishamanagementoffice whichshallberesponsibleforitsdailymanagement.Themanagementoffice shallhaveageneralmanager,appointedbyParty_,_deputy generalmanagers
12、,_byParty_;_byParty_.Thegeneral manageranddeputygeneralmanagerswhosetermsofofficeis_years shallbeappointedbytheboardofdirectors. Article27 Theresponsibilityofthegeneralmanageristocarryoutthe decisionsoftheboardandorganizeandconductthedailymanagementof thecooperativeventurecompany.Thedeputygeneralman
13、agersshallassist thegeneralmanagerinhiswork. Article28 Thegeneralmanagershallreporttotheboardofdirectorsthe operationconditionsofthecooperativecompanyeverythreemonths,and makeafinancialreporteverysixmonths. Article29 Incaseofgraftorseriousderelictionofdutyonthepartofthe generalmanageranddeputygeneralmanagers,theboardofdirectorsshall havethepowertodismissthematanytime. Chapter11LaborManagement Article30 Laborcontractcoveringtherecruitment,employment,
