1、Membrane Filter 简介1. Membrane filters or “membranes” are microporous films with specific pore size ratings. Membranes retain particles and microorganisms that exceed their pore ratings by acting as a physical barrier and capturing such particles on the surface of the membrane. 具有特定孔径的微孔滤膜，能使微粒或微生物滞留

4、ilter （再生纤维素膜） MCE （ Mixed Cellulose Esters) Membrane Filter Mixed cellulose ester（MCE) membrane filters are composed of cellulose acetate and cellulose nitrate. Because MCE membrane is biologically inert, its one of the most widely used membranes in analytical and research applications.混合纤维素膜是醋酸纤维素
5、和硝酸纤维素的混合物，是分析和研究中应用最最广泛的膜之一。 产品种类： 1.White，Plain（白色，光面） 2. Black ，Plain（黑色，光面） 3. White，Gridded（白色，格栅） 4. Black ，Gridded （黑色，格栅） 5.以上各种有灭菌（Sterile）和未灭菌（Non-Sterile）之分，Sterile又有带吸收垫和无吸收垫之分 产品特点 ： 亲水性（Hydrophilic ）； 生物惰性（Biologically inert） 产品编号说明： 以MFMCE047045GWSP为例，MF 是Membrane Filter的缩写，MCE是过滤膜的材质
6、，047表示直径为 47mm，045表示孔径为0.45m，G为Gridded缩写，W表示White（若是B，则为Black），S是Sterile的缩写（如果是N，则表示Non-sterile），P表示With Pad (带吸收垫）， Nylon （ Polyamide) Membrane Filter ：Nylon is commonly used for general laboratory filtration and filtration of HPLC samples prior to injection. Nylon binds protein and should not be u

Laboratory studies show that CA membranes bind less protein than PVDF or PES membranes.But has a lower chemical resistance than regenerated cellulose. When used with a glass pre-filte

14、SFPTFE025045NL为例 SF为Syringe Filter 缩写，PTFE为滤膜材质，025表示直径为 25mm， 045表示孔径为0.45 m ，N表示Non-sterile（若为S，则为Sterile），L为Hydrophilic缩写（若为B，则Hydrophobic；P 表示PP Prefilter；G 表示Glass Fiber Prefilter） Syringe Filter 分类1. 按滤膜材质分为Nylon Syringe Filter, PTFE Syringe Filter（有疏水的Hydrophobic Syringe Filter和亲水的Hydrophilic
