1、深井巷道群掘进扰动效应影响因素研究Studyon the ExcavationDisturbanceEffectsInfluencing Factors of Deep Roadway Group摘要巷道群布置的开拓部署方式已越发普遍,巷道群掘进相互扰动现象在深部愈加突出,本文以影响巷道群掘进扰动效应的因素为研究对象,采用理论分析、数值模拟的研究方法,分别分析了不同原岩应力状态、掘进顺序、掘进方式对扰动效应的影响,并在此基础上,针对顾北矿近距离巷道群掘进扰动开展了工业性试验。论文主要内容如下:(1)对单一巷道、邻近多条巷道的围岩应力分布规律进行了分析,并对圆形硐室开挖后塑性区半径进行了计算,在

2、此基础上运用FLAC3D软件模拟研究了不同原岩应力状态下先后掘进的两条巷道围岩应力分布规律。(2)对不同原岩应力状态下巷道掘进对邻近巷道的扰动影响进行了模拟研究,通过对位移场、应力场及塑性区分析,得出了巷道掘进扰动效应与侧压系数及垂直应力的关系:掘进扰动影响程度随垂直应力的增大呈上升趋势,顶板部位受扰动影响较为显著;掘进扰动影响程度随着侧压系数的增大并非单调增大,当侧压系数大于一定数值时,掘进扰动影响程度反而降低。(3)对非对称“品”字形巷道群在不同掘进顺序下围岩稳定性进行了模拟研究,根据模拟结果可知:中间巷道受邻近巷道扰动最为明显,该巷道掘进顺序的滞后有助于巷道群整体围岩稳定性。通过对巷道群

3、位移场、应力场的综合分析,最终确定顾北矿巷道群最佳掘进顺序应为回风上山-底板专用回风巷-胶带机上山。(4)分析了后掘巷道在不同的掘进方式下对邻近巷道的扰动影响,通过对位移、振速的分析,得出了不同掘进方式对邻近巷道的扰动特点:爆破掘进相比综掘对邻近巷道影响更为明显,各工程部位位移量明显增大。综掘条件下先掘巷道顶板及左帮受扰动影响较为明显,爆破掘进条件下迎爆帮及顶板受到较为显著的影响,最大振动速度出现在迎爆帮直墙部位及其上方拱部区域。论文共有图49幅,表5个,参考文献50篇。关键词:巷道群;掘进扰动;影响因素;数值模拟AbstractRoadway development arrangement

6、ress distribution of surrounding rock of single tunnel, two adjacent roadways and even more roadways .and the round chamber excavated plastic zone radius is calculated, on the basis of this, simulated by FLAC3D and the regularity of stress distribution of two roadways excavated successively under di

7、fferent original rock stress stateare studied.(2)Roadway driving disturbance on adjacent roadway under different original rock stress statehas simulation research, through analysis displacement field, stress field and the plastic district features, obtained the relationship betweendriving disturbanc

8、e effectsand lateral pressure coefficient and the vertical stress,driving disturbance effects degree along with the increase of the vertical stress is on the rise, roof parts by disturbance effects more significantly; driving disturbance effectsdegree with lateralpressure coefficient of increases is

9、 not monotone increases, when the lateral pressure coefficient increases to a certain extent, excavation disturbance extent reduce instead.(3) Study of the stability of surrounding rock of asymmetrical-shaped roadway group in different driving sequence, indicated that disturbance influence to the mi

10、ddle roadway by the adjacent roadway is most obvious, the lag of the driving sequence of the middle roadway helps to surrounding rock stability of roadway group. Through the Comprehensive analysis of displacement field and stress field of roadway group, the best excavation sequence of roadway in Gub

11、ei mine has been confirmed finally,the sequence is air return rise - special air-return roadway - conveyor rise.(4)Analyzed the disturbance effects fromlater excavated roadway underin different excavation mode on adjacent roadways, through an analysis of displacement, velocity, obtain disturbance la

12、w of different excavation mode: blasting excavation on adjacent tunnels more obvious, the engineering parts of roadway deformation is bigger. Comprehensive mechanized coal mining under the condition of roadway roof and left under the influence of disturbances is more obvious, blasting conditions the
