RESPONSIBILITY 職責:5.1 Quality Engineer 品质工程师5.1.1 Organize QIM meeting within the project team.组织责任区域内的QIM会议5.1.2 Responsible to prepare the meeting minutes and follow up with related team members to ensure the implementation & effectiveness of im

5、provement actions. 负责准备会议记录,跟进改善行动并确保其执行及有效性。5.2 All QIM team members QIM 成员5.2.1 Rise quality issue and provide data and information within his/her responsible area for improvement. 提出责任区域内的品质问题并提供相关数据资料和信息以便作出改善.5.2.2 Participate in defining objective & target and developing improvement action pla

6、n 参与目标制定和改善行动计划5.2.3 Implement action requirement and decision as agreed in QIM meeting 执行QIM会议确定的行动要求和决定6. PROCEDURE 程序:6.1 QIM team set-up QIM 小组组成The QIM team may include the representatives from the following functional departments (the other functional departments even supplier and customer may

QIM meeting should be held at least once a month. 品質工程师定期在项目内召开品質改善会议,品質改善会议应每月至少开一次.6.3 The problem should be identified or an area should be selected for improvement at

9、the meeting based on the quality issues provided by team members.在品質改善會議上對小組成員所提出的品質問題進行确認并找出問題發生的根源進行改善6.4 The prioritization of continual improvement activities shall focus on customer impact areas and other critical performance improvement items including but not limited to the following quality

10、activities: 持续改善活动应优先考虑客户和其他至关重要的改善项目,包括但不仅限于以下品质活动:6.4.1 Product/ process quality issue产品/流程品质问题6.4.2 Process capability performance 过程能力表现6.4.3 Customer feedback or complaint 客户反馈或投诉6.4.4 Customer needs and expectations 客户需求和期望6.4.5 Quality metrics/measurement as required by quality management sys

11、tem / Customer/ project management, etc 质量管理体系/项目管理要求的品质测量6.4.6 Internal & external audit results 内部及外部审核结果6.5 A continual improvement activity is to look for regular improvement; the quality non-conformance or issue is to be handled by corrective and preventive action procedure instead of waiting f

12、or the disposal through QIM meeting.持续改进的目的是进行有规律的品质改善,不能等待QIM会议来解决那些需运用纠正和预防措施控制程 序来解决的问题.6.6 Team evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing process, set an objective/target for improvement for each specific problem by means of quantified values, then identifies and verifies the ro

13、ot causes of the problem. 小组评估目前过程的有效性和效率,为每个特定问题制定量化的改善目标,识别并确定问题的根本原因.6.7 The improvement actions plan should be developed within the team members to prevent the problem from recurring at the meeting and determine the responsibility and completion deadline, etc. 持续改善的会议上制定改善行动计划以防止问题再次发生,并确定责任,完成期
