2、组组长：（签名） 200 年月日III摘 要本设计的内容为办公楼，设计内容主要包括两大部分：第一篇：建筑方案设计；第二篇：结构设计。本着安全，适用，美观和节约的原则进行设计。主体五层，采用外廊加内廊共同组成主体结构，整个建筑外形呈矩形布置，与周围其他建筑相互协调，既保持了足够的间距满足采光通风要求也体现了美观。在结构方主要采用框架结构，采用纵横墙承重方案，充分考虑大空间办公室的跨度进行梁板的设计，并对抗震进行了验算，在满足抗震，消防等方面进行了充分考虑。在选择材料方面优先考虑安全耐用，其次是价格合理经济实惠。整个建筑从方案选型到结构设计都严格按照设计手册及相关规范，在构造方面也进行充分考虑，以
3、满足办公功能要求，有利于员工身心健康为宗旨。在“建筑设计”部分中，主要针对设计初期的几个建筑方案从各个方面对它们进行比较，并选择最终方案。接下来，针对最终建筑方案，确定了其具体建筑构造、做法与材料。 在“结构设计”部分中，首先确定第轴横向框架为本次手算的任务，明确其计算简图与各个计算参数；然后根据建筑做法确定其所受的恒载、活载、风载地震荷载，计算梁、柱、板与基础的内力进行内力组合后得到各截面的控制内力；最后进行各构件的配筋计算。关键字：办公楼，框架结构，现浇混凝土，抗震设计，正截面AbstractDesign for the content of this office building, d
