1、济南大学毕业设计毕业设计题 目 制砂机械除尘系统的设计 学 院 机械工程学院 专 业 机械工程及自动化 班 级 机自0712 学 生 王立恒 学 号 20070405119 指导教师 李坤山 二一一年五月二十五日摘 要随着天然砂石资源的日益减少,人工砂已经开始大量应用到建筑业。为了满足建筑行业对人工砂日益增长的需求,制砂业已经迅速兴起并且极大的促进了地方经济的增长。但是随之而来的粉尘污染成为制约制砂业发展的重要因素。为此,在老师的指导下我设计了针对制砂机械的除尘系统。我所设计的是MC-256型脉冲袋式除尘器。MC-256脉冲袋式除尘器主要是依靠毡织或编织的滤布作为过滤材料来对含尘气体进行过滤,

2、即当含尘气体在穿过滤布时其中的粉尘被阻留在滤布表面从而达到净化除尘的目的。MC-256脉冲袋式除尘器具有净化效率高、适用性强、设备运行稳定可靠、便于回收利用等优点。一般采用圆形袋,按含尘气流运动方向分为上进气和下进气两种形式,通常由上箱体、中箱体、下箱体、灰斗、框架、以及脉冲喷吹装置等部分组成。 根据前期调研,按照导师对机器的规格要求,我设计了MC-256脉冲袋式除尘器。本设备拥有256个布袋以及自动化脉冲装置属高效率大型袋式除尘器,除尘效率可达到90%以上,运行稳定,不受风量波动以及粉尘的比电阻值的影响。关键词:袋式除尘器;脉冲装置;砂石;风机ABSTRACTWith the reducti

4、conomy. However, one of the most important factorsthe subsequent problem of dust pollution, has restricted the development of the artificial sand industry. Therefore, under the guidance of the teacher I started my design of dust removal system for sand making machine.What I design is MC-256 pulse ba

5、ghouse. The MC-256 pulse baghouse mainly depends on the filter material which is made by the carpet woven or knitted cloth to filter the dusty gas. That is, when dusty gas goes through the filter cloth, the dust involved in the gas was blocked in the cloth surface, and achieve the purpose of cleanin

6、g dust.MC-256 pulse baghouse has the characteristics of high purification efficiency, great applicability, high stability and reliability, easy to be recycled. Generally we use the round bag, according to the direction of air movement it is divided into the upper gas entrance style and lower gas ent

7、rance style. It usually consists of top cabinet, middle cabinet, bottom cabinet, hopper, frame and the pulse jet device and so on. According to preliminary research, and the requirement of my teacher on the specification of this equipment, I designed the MC-256 pulse baghouse. This device has 256 ba
