8、环境因素登记表Significant environmental aspects list5.10重大风险登记表Significant risk list1 前言1.1 公司概况西门子电气传动有限公司(SEDL)是西门子（中国）有限公司与中方合作伙伴天津百利机电控股集团有限公司（BENEFO）及天津电气传动设计研究所(TRIED)合资建立的生产工程型全数字控制的交流和直流传动产品及电机的基地。公司组建于1995年初，注册于天津高新区。采用西门子公司的最新技术成果，SEDL与西门子在欧美的其它生产厂按相同的功能、设计、及质量标准制造传动产品、电机及发电机。从1996年初至今相继引进了全数字交直流
9、调速装置和传动成套产品和机车牵引变频器，牵引交流电机，工业电机及风力发电机。从而向着成为亚太地区工程传动产品第一生产厂的目标迈近了一步。现在已有几十万台SEDL生产的传动产品在国内外各地运行，广泛应用于冶金、矿山、石油化工、起重、电梯、造纸、纺织、轨道交通及风力发电等领域。2005年3月9日，西门子宣布投资5.5亿人民币建立SEDL的新工厂。其目标是把座落在天津的西门子电气传动有限公司建设成为生产电机、驱动产品及发电机的全球化工厂，并为亚太市场提供服务。公司新工厂坐落于天津高新区华苑产业区海泰创新五路1号。厂区总面积为18 万平米，其中厂房建筑面积6.5万平米。公司厂区包括1号厂房（电机生产机
10、加工车间P3-M），2号厂房（装置装配车间P1），3号厂房（电机生产绕线车间P3-W），4号厂房（电机生产总装车间P3-A），5号厂房（柜体装配车间P2），6号建筑物（办公楼及餐厅），8号厂房（原材料库LC-WA），9号厂房（包装车间和成品库LC-PS）8个主要建筑物，以及 35KV电站、固体废物存放场、热力间、消防泵房和门卫室等公共和辅助设施。公司厂区平面图见附件5.8：SEDL厂区平面图。 公司一贯关注环境保护，员工健康和安全，并率全体员工自觉遵守国家和地方的EHS法律法规，为：l 保护地球、保护生态环境；l 保护股东利益；l 保护员工；为实现可持续发展做出我们的贡献。1.2 EHS管理手
11、册发布令发布令为了规范公司EHS管理工作，根据ISO14001：2004环境管理体系 要求及使用指南和OHSAS18001:2007 职业健康安全管理体系 规范，我公司编制了EHS管理手册，本手册是西门子电气传动有限公司EHS管理工作的纲领性文件，用以统一、协调全公司的EHS管理活动，现予以颁布实施。请公司全体员工，从本手册颁布之日起认真贯彻实施。本手册可作为向外界展示EHS管理体系符合性和第三方审核使用。总经理：柯诺德1 Preface1.1 Company IntroductionSiemens Electrical Drives Ltd. (SEDL) is a joint ventur
12、e production base for fully digital controlled AC and DC drives and motors owned by Siemens Ltd., China and its Chinese partners which are BENEFO and TRIED. SEDL was set up at the beginning of 1995, registered in Tianjin High-Tech Park.Based on the state-of-the-art technology provided by Siemens Ger
13、many, SEDL manufactures drives, motors and generators of the same functionality, design and quality as the Siemens factories in Europe and America. From the beginning of 1996 till now, we have been producing the digital AC & DC drives, traction converters, traction motors, industry motors and genera
14、tors in our three workshops. A big step has been spanned to the goal that being the No.1 drives manufacturer in Asia-Pacific. Now hundreds of thousands of SEDL products have been used by domestic & overseas customers, such like in the fields of metallurgy, steel, mine, petroleum chemicals, heavy-lif
15、ting, elevator, paper, textile, railway transports and wind power.On March 9th, 2005, Siemens announced a major investment of up to 550 million RMB to build SEDLs new factory. The goal is to develop SEDL in Tianjin into a global factory for motors, drives and generators that serves the Asia-Pacific market.
