1、SCHEDULE B章节BJOB SPECIFICATION工作规范1 INTRODUCTIONThis Schedule B establishes the scope, schedule and means of conducting the WORK (means Operational Due Diligence on Yunnan Project) to be performed by CONTRACTOR and describes or references the specification, instructions, standards, and other documen
2、ts, including the specifications for any materials, tools or equipment which CONTRACTOR shall satisfy or adhere to in the performance of the WORK.2 INFORMATION OF THE PROJECTBackgroundPetroChina is building a refinery in Anning of Kunming city, Yunnan province (Yunnan Projecr). Aramco Asia was invit
3、ed to acquire equity participation in Yunnan Project. Additionally, parties agreed to extend their cooperation to the marketing area (wholesale and retail businesses) in Yunnan Province for oil products.The Yunnan Project includes development and construction of a 260 MBD high conversion greenfield
4、refinery in Yunnan Province, PRC, which is designed mainly to process Arabian Crude.The refinery will produce high quality product slate designed to meet the stringent ultra-low sulfur fuel specifications (Euro IV at least) that are expected to be gradually adopted in all China through next five to
5、ten years.
