1、工程合同价格条款的表达（中英文对照）工程合同价格条款的表达Contract Price means the sum stated in the Letter of Acceptance as payable to the Contractor for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects therein accordance with the provisions of the Contract.合同是指中标函中写明的按照合同规定，为了工程的实施、完成及其任何缺陷的修补应付给承包商的
2、金额。“合同价格”指业主向承包商支付的全部工程款项。The Contract Price shall mean the total sum payable to the Contractor by the Owner for the Works.“Contract Price” means the sum named in the Letter of Acceptance, subject to such additions thereto or deductions therefrom as may be made under the provisions hereinafter conta
