4、趋势。综合通过文献的了解我国企业的网络化程度如:浙江,珠江三角地区的分析论证.充分说明网络化经营对企业的的好处。在全球经济一体化的影响下，网络化经营已成为当今经济活动中不可或缺的要素之一，网络化经营符合经济全球化，经营信息化得时代要求。网络化经营是企业经营的现代模式，理想模式和发展趋势。所以在南方出现了很多家族企业网络化的产业集群，尤其在浙江，珠江三角洲这种家族企业网络化更是体现的十分明显。网络化的特点使得这些家族企业发展不断壮T大，使更多的家族企业开始进行网络化的经营。本文针对南方家族企业如珠江，温州等地方发展为什么十分迅速并不断壮大进行分析和研究，通过分析中国家族企业网络化发展的特征，得出
