1、宾语从句浅析志达学校 郭玉双 宾语从句是初中英语语法教学中的一个难点。虽然初中七八年级教材中的句型练习和课文中出现过个别含宾语从句的句子，但都比较简单，并且也不作为讲解的重点，仅仅是让学生理解就可以了。在九年级才开始较为系统的讲解宾语从句，不少学生感到不能一下子完全接受和掌握这一语法现象，在做题时经常出现这样和那样的错误。这里对宾语从句的用法做一些简单总结和辨析。 九年级课本上讲的是陈述句特殊疑问句和一般疑问句变为宾语从句的情况。现逐一作如下分析： 一.陈述句变为宾语从句时，一般有连词that引导。在口语或非正式文体中，that常被省略。例如： 1. He says (that) hell a
2、sk Mr Hu to give Jim some work to do. 2. Im sure (that) he wont mind. 3. The doctor said (that) she needed an operation at once。 注意：把陈述句变为宾语从句时，语序不变，仍用陈述语序。 二.特殊疑问句变为宾语从句时，要有连词或连接副词来引导，然后把疑问语序变为陈述语序。例如： 1. Do you know what time the ship leaves ? 2. She asked why they chose that name . 三.一般疑问句变为宾语从句时
3、，要由连词if或whether来引导，然后把疑问语序变为陈述语序。例如： 1. He asks me if I like he blue one. 由此可以看出，特殊疑问句和一般疑问句在变为宾语从句时，都要有连词来引导，都要把疑问语序变为陈述语序。不过要注意的一点，即但当主句为一般过去时态时，则从句必须用过去的某一时态。例如： 1. The radio says that it will stop raining later.（从句为一般将来时） 2. Please tell Mr Hu that I am working hard on my Chinese. （从句为现在进行时） 3. H
4、e asked where the Greens stopped on the way.（从句为一般过去时） 4. They said that they were doing their homework at that time.（从句为过去进行时） 5. Tom told me that he had visited the Great Wall.（从句为过去完成时） 但当宾语从句是客观真理时，无论主句是什么时态，宾语从句都要用一般现在时。例如： 1. Our teacher said that light travels much faster than sound. 2. He to
