He/She is. 2会用tall and strong, short and thin, quiet, friendly等词简要描述一个人的模样和特征。 3能听、说、认读单词和词组：short and thin, tall and strong, quiet, friendly.教学重点： 1句型：I have a good friend .He/She is Whos he/she? 2词汇
2、： tall and strong, short and thin, quiet, friendly教学难点： 1单词quiet ,thin的发音 2句型：His name is的用法。教具准备： 1单词卡片 2教材相配套的教学录音带 教学过程： （一）热身复习（Warm-up/Revision） 1猜谜语。教师说，学生猜。 Its so big. It has a long nose and a short tail. What is it?(An elephant) Its small. It has two long ears. What is it? ( A rabbit) 2师生共同
3、说chant,复习单词big, small, long, short, tall 等。（二）呈现新课 （Presentation） 1 教师利用肢体语言引出课题My friends ，然后介绍自己的朋友，问：Who is he? 学生回答：。教师说：He is . （一边说一边做动作帮助学生理解） 2教师指着班里很瘦和长得很健壮的同学说： He is tall and strong. She is short and thin.并让学生指着班里的同学学说这两句话。教师出示单词卡教读thin和strong。教师要提醒学生在读thin时，注意咬舌尖儿。 3教师出示两张同学的照片，并把它们贴到黑板上
4、相应的单词前，让学生说出：He is strong. He is thin. They are friendly. 让学生认读并说句子 4教师把右手的食指放在嘴上，做出让学生安静的动作，让学生说出单词quiet。并出示单词卡，让学生认读quiet。并说句子出：She is quiet. 5教师导入课文对话：I have a friend. He is tall and strong. Who is he请学生猜这个人是谁？6听录音带，跟读对话。Unit 3 Lets learn/A （三）趣味操练 （Practice） 1Whats missing 教师出示单词卡片请学生找，少了哪一张：第一组 eyes, ears, nose, mouth. 第二组单词：long, short, big, small 第三组单词：thin, strong, quiet, cute, tall, short ，friendly（四）扩展性活动（Add-activities） 为爸爸、妈妈画像: 让学生在纸上画出自己的爸爸或妈妈，然后让大家看着画像，由自己来描述爸爸或妈妈的模样。 （五）作业布置(Homework)： 1、Listen to the tape 2、Try to describe your good friends。
