13、为细石混凝土地面,汽车坡道面层为1:2水泥砂浆层。具体地面做法见下表:分类部位地面做法备注地下车库车库地面1 1厚聚氨酯高耐磨地坪涂料面层2 100厚C20细石混凝土随捣随抹,表面撒1:1水泥沙子压实抹光3 100mm厚碎石灌M2.5混合砂浆4 钢筋混凝土底板汽车坡道1 60厚1:2水泥砂浆抹面作出60宽7深蹉蹉。2 素水泥浆结合层一道。3.混凝土结构层。2 施工安排 1 为保证工程的按照合同工期顺利交工验收,根据工期编制总进度计划,年进度计划,月进度计划和周进度计划,确保工期实现履约。本工程质量目标为合格,为实现上述目标,建立相应的质量管理体系,配备相应的管理人员。 2 地下车库地面在主楼地

14、面施工完成后进行,计划于2012年10月底浇筑,为保证施工的顺利进行,要求施工队伍至少要准备30劳动力。两家劳务队伍各准备一台地泵,地泵位置放到1号坡道和2号坡道的入口处,由远处倒退浇筑,最后完成坡道面层的施工。3 施工进度计划4 施工准备与资源配置计划4.1 技术准备4.1.1 人防结构验收已经完成,并验收合格,办理完成隐蔽手续,由三方共同进行验收,监理业主同意进行下道工序。4.1.2 砌筑、抹灰施工完毕,墙面上已弹出控制面层标高控制线(1000mm线和地面成活线)。4.1.3 实测底板结构标高,结构误差较大的应做适当处理,如局部剔凿,局部增加细石混凝土厚度等。 4.1.4 各种预埋设施、各

15、种管道等已经安装完毕,经检验合格,管道口已遮盖,并办理隐蔽手续。4.1.5 先做样板间,经业主(监理)认可后再大面积施工。4.1.6 地面垃圾、材料清除干净,地面在施工前必须用凿毛机将落地灰、结构突出部位等进行清理干净。4.1.7 车库地面已按要求找坡,集水坑位置四周已经砌筑完成,角钢预留完成。4.1.8 车库地面分仓图及分格缝图已画好并下发给作业人员。4.1.9 对作业人员进行技术交底和安全交底。4.2 材料及机具准备4.2.1 细石混凝土、采用商品混凝土,由混凝土厂家供应,混凝土坍落度控制在160mm180mm,由责任工程师确认方量部位后提前与搅拌站委托,砂浆采用现场搅拌。4.2.2 水泥:采用P.O 32.5普通硅酸盐水泥,水泥禁止使用积压时间较长的水泥(3个月),其余部位地面采用水泥,进场经复试合格后方可使用,并具有出厂合格证复试报告;进场水泥应按品种、标号、出厂日期分别堆放,并保持干燥,不同品种的水泥不得混合使用。4.2.3 砂子:砂应采用粗砂或中粗砂,含泥量不应大于3。4.2.4 石子:石子的粒径不应大于15mm。石子含泥量不应大于2。4.2.5
