3、尾座体的加工也有很重要的意义。本次设计主要研究尾座体的加工工艺以及粗铣和钻孔的夹具设计。尾座体加工以顶面为粗基准,铣削底面和定位槽,然后以底面和定位槽为精基准加工各个孔。本工艺规程中加工重点是75H7孔。因此制定工序时应以保证75H7孔的形状、位置精度为主。由于在加工过程中,对75H7孔加工次数多。如果连续加工,容易引起工件热变形,影响工件的精度,同时,在本工艺中,还有许多其他孔的加工,而且不能一次加工完成。因此在加工75H7孔的工序中,插入其余孔的加工,这样就可以减少因为工件热变形而带来的误差。具体工艺规程如下:(1) 铣底面及定位槽(2) 粗镗75H7孔(3) 精镗75H7孔(4) 钻其它

4、孔(5) 粗珩75H7孔(6) 钻其他孔(7) 精珩75H7孔(8) 检验5%(9) 上漆(10) 实效(11) 研底平面钻卡具的定位方式都采用六点定位,以底平面和定位槽限制五个自由度,V形压块限制一个自由度。铣夹具采用六点定位方式,以60mm铸造毛坯孔两端为定位基准,两个短锥套上限制四个自由度,另以端面靠在花纹支撑限制一个自由度,再以侧面和一个可调支撑钉限制一个自由度。关键词:底片取送系统,运送小车,夹持器Annual 5,000 CA6140 lathe the tailstock body parts machining procedures and milling underside、

As the important part of CA6140, the manufacturing of tailstock is also significant.This design mostly studies the manufacturing technology of tailstock and champing apparatuss desi

6、gn of sketchy boring.The face on the top is considered to be sketchy datum while manufacturing tailstock, milling the bottom and oriented trough, and then manufacturing the other holes with the accurate datum of the face on bottom and oriented trough. The important part of manufacturing of this tech

7、nological process is the 75H7 hole, so we should guarantee the shape and the position accuracy of the 75H7 hole .During the period of manufacturing, it is needed to manufacture the75H7 hole many times, if manufacturing constantly, it is easy to result in the thermal deformity and affect the workpiec

8、es accuracy. Meanwhile, there are other holes needed to be manufactured and cant be finished one time. So if manufacturing the other holes during manufacturing the75H7 hole, we can lower the error because of workpieces thermal deformity.The following is the concrete technological process: (1).Millin

10、(11).Grinding the face on bottomThe jigs of drilling machine use six points to define work pieces position. It restricts five free-occasions by fixing surface and slot, and one free-occasion by a block whose shape likes the letter of “v”. The jigs of milling machine also choice this way to fix the p

11、arts using both sides of casting blank hole as datum. The diameter of the hole is 60mm. Except that two short taper sleeves are used to restrict four free-occasions, the jigs makes the workpieces end surface ling on the supporting face to restrict one free-occasions.
