7、e say?Alice: He said: “Thank you for your time.”在这个对话中，Alice就是把演讲人的话有重复了一遍。“Thank you for your time.”就是直接引语的句子。而said被称为引述动词。通常直接引语可以放在引述动词的后面，但也可以放在其后面。二、间接引语我们转述别人说的话，要对原句进行一些改动。例句：Mum: It is time for dinner.Lee: Alice, what did she say?Alice: She said that it was time for dinner.在这个对话中，引述动词said 后面
8、that it was time for dinner就是间接引语。在直接引语中的时态是现在一般时，在间接引语中变成过去一般时，因为引述动词是过去时。间接引语也可以被当成是宾语从句。引述动词是主句的动词。三、由直接变间接引语的细则1. 时态变化：如果引述动词是过去时，间接引语句的动词要变成过去时。例句：Tom: I want to have some ice cream.Mike: Mary, what did Tom say?Mary: He said （that） he wanted to have some ice cream.2. 人称变化：人称要随主语做适当变化。如果直接引语中的主语
9、为第一人称，变为间接引语时人称要随句子的主语的人称而变化。Tom: I want to have some ice cream.Mike: Mary, what did Tom say?Mary: He said （that） he wanted to have some ice cream.3. 指示代词的变化：在转述中，对this，these要做相应的转化。this that these those 例句：Tom: This is a wonderful movie.Jerry: Mike, what did Tom say?Mike: He said that was a wonderf
10、ul movie.4. 时间状语的变化：在转述中，如果不是即时转述，而是过后转述，时间就要发生变化。now then ;today that day ;tonight that night.例句：He said: “There is going to be a good movie on tonight.”He said (that) there was going to be a good movie on that night.Tom said: “I have to leave now.”Tom said (that) he had to leave then.5. 地点状语的变化：在转
11、述中，如果不是即时转述，而是过后转述，地点状语就要发生变化。here there ；this place-that place例句：He said: “I am here.” He said that he was there.6. 动词的变化：在转述中，直接引语中的come要转成go,bring变成take。例句：Tom said: “I will come to see you.”Tom said that he would go to see them.7. 祈使句的转化：在转述他人的命令和请求时，要转成动词不定式。例句：He said to the children, “be quie
12、t.”He told the children to be quiet. 要把said to 转成tell sb. to do sth. 或 ask sb. to do sth. 如果语气再强的话，可以用order 等单词。如果直接引语中有please，间接引语要用ask 等表示请求的单词。例句：The officer said to the passengers, “Please take care of your children.”The officer asked the passengers to take care of their children.“Put your schoo
13、l bag away.” Mother said to Jack.Mother told / ordered Jack to put his school bag away.She said to Tony, “Dont go close to the bears.”She told / asked Tony not to go close to the bears.8. 特殊疑问句和疑问句的转化：在转述中，直接引语是一般疑问句时，要转成间接引语时，变动词，同时要加上if/whether 放在间接引语前面。例句：She said, “Are you interested in chemistry?”She asked if I was interested in chemistry.
