2、带式输送送机传动动装置的的结构设设计，论论述电动动机，传传动装置置的总传传动比及及其分配配，传动动装置的的运动和和动力装装置参数数，带传传动设计计，密封封与润滑滑轴承的的选择，轴轴的设计计，键的的选择，减减速机箱箱体的设设计，减减速器附附件设计计，齿轮轮传动设设计，齿齿轮和轴轴的选择择及其基基本参数数的选择择和几何何尺寸的的计算，两两个主要要强度的的验算。本文完成成了减速速器的机机械设计计后，利利用Sooliddworrks软软件的有有关命令令完成一一个一级级圆柱齿齿轮减速速器的三三维模型型及齿轮轮、轴、箱箱体等各各个零件件的三维维建模，通通过各个个零件之之间的配配合关系系加以约约束，将将各个
3、零零件模型型装配起起来，标标准零件件由Tooolbbox导导入，装装配到减减速器实实体中去去，完成成装配体体，并利利用该软软件生成成二维工工程图，用用干涉对对零件各各个部分分进行检检查，通通过修改改配合约约束或者者尺寸大大小，消消除零件件之间的的干涉情情况，通通过Sooliddworrks软软件插件件Cossmossmottionn的仿真真运动功功能，检检查、优优化设计计方案，观观察齿轮轮的啮合合情况，并并在最后后输出齿齿轮啮合合的动画画。实现现了减速速器的运运动仿真真，完成成了减速速器在计计算机上上的虚拟拟设计。关键词：带式输输送机传传动装置置SollidWWorkks减速速器三维维建模仿仿
