2、色逐步趋同，特别 是有一部分历史悠久的历史城镇，虽然历史文化资源众多、历史文化内涵丰富， 并在保护文物古迹、历史地段等方面做了大量的工作，但总是难以形成传统风貌 氛围，面临着传统风貌消失、面貌趋同、千城一面等问题。 本文对产生上述问题的原因进行了分析，首先以吴良镛先生提出的“积极保 护、整体创造”为指导思想，提出了“全面保护、积极利用、整体组织”是传统 风貌保护与传承的思路，并认为从历史城镇总体发展战略层面统筹保护与发展的 关系，确定合理的总体保护战略是保护与传承传统风貌的先决条件；第二，在目 前文物古迹和历史地段的保护方法已经基本成熟的基础上，探讨了历史城镇传统 风貌整体保护要求及传承途径，
3、提出了积极利用历史文化资源、整体性创造历史 文化资源周边环境、建立历史文化标识系统、复建历史文化地标等手法；第三， 结合南京历史文化网络体系的建构对历史城镇整体风貌传承与复兴的空间组织 方法进行了研究，对各类历史文化资源与城市功能、用地与公共空间进行了整合； 最后提出了解决上述问题的实施机制。 希望通过本课题的研究，为目前我国历史城镇传统风貌的保护与传承提供有 效的技术支撑，以更好的保护与传承历史城镇的传统风貌。 全文共约46000余字图表66幅 关键词：历史城镇快速化发展传统风貌保护与传承研究 ABSTRACT Withthe ofeconomic development differenc
