12、、A-15（26F）、A-16（26F）、A-18（26F）、A-19（26F）、G-1（1/3F）、G-2（1/3F）楼及1#地下车库，共14个单体，总建筑面积约17万平方米，其中地库建筑面积约3.7万平方米。 本施工组织设计是指导该工程施工的纲领性文件，编制时对工期、质量目标、项目管理机构设置与劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要技术方案、安全、文明施工、环境保护、工期保证、总包管理等诸多因素尽可能做了充分考虑。在工程实施前还将编制详细的实施性施工方案、施工措施及作业指导书指导工程施工，确保工程在合同工期内完成全部施工内容。确保工程质量达到合格标准。1.2 编制依据1
