7、P55)Ask students to talk about what they have complained about. Write all the ideas on the blackboard.T: What have you ever complained about? Id like to collect some of your complaints. S1: I bought a pen last week, but it doesnt work.S2: My barber gave me a terrible haircut.S3: My neighbor always t

8、urns his radio up.S4: The waiter brought me the wrong food.S5: There is always much homework to do.S6: The store clerk gave me the wrong size shoes.Then help students rank the items from the most to the least annoying. 9、sten and number the sentences in the order you hear them in activity 1a. Write number 1 in front of the picture that shows the people in that conversation. Do the same for conversations number 2 and number 3.Check the answers.T: Now, look at the chart in 2b and read the three column headings. And di

10、scuss what each heading means. Then Ill play the tape again. Listen and write the places, problems and solutions in the chart below. Play the tape again, stop for answers.
