1、北京物资学院硕士学位论文精益物流的研究姓名：韩岗申请学位级别：硕士专业：企业管理指导教师：王之泰20030101精益物流的研究摘 要 精益物流是一个比较新的课题 本文首先介绍了精益生产方式在日本丰田的诞生 介绍精益生产的特点 由精益生产方式出发 引出了精益思想 精益思想的内容包括五部分 价值 价值流 流动 拉动 完善 这是精益思想的工作原则 这五个环节一环扣一环 后者以前者为基础 首先确定价值 其次分析价值流 然后使整个价值流流动起来 再次给整个流程一个动力 一个拉动力 使其实际流动起来 最后就是不断完善 以作到尽善尽美 精益思想是精益物流的理论基础 精益物流的实质就是精益思想在物流领域中的应
2、用 接下来文章对精益物流进行了定义 具体地说精益物流就是供应链上的各个企业之间以信息为纽带 紧密合作 实现物流活动一体化 大大提高物流作业环节的工作效率 尽量消除企业之间由于接口不畅而造成的重复作业 回流 商品积压等浪费现象 从而高效率 高效益地实现商品的通畅流动 然后详细说明如何把精益思想的五个工作步骤应用于物流领域 阐述了精益物流的工作原理 其最终结果是使物流工作的节拍与生产过程相一致从而使整个供应链上的工作节拍相一致最大限度地消灭浪费 提高效率 从而在满足消费者的需求的前提下使厂商的成本最低 文章中首先对供应链的类型进行了划分 主要划1分为一般商品供应链和贵重商品供应链针对不同的供应链的
3、类别精益物流有不同的实现形式 最后一部分 探讨了精益物流在国外的发展现状 分析了中国目前的企业物流现状 结合目前中国企业的物流现状 对在目前中国实行精益物流在宏观与微观两个层面上提出了自己的几点建议 在最后的案例分析中 本文给出了两个案例 一个是国外零售巨头沃尔玛通过完善的配送体系 实现了一般消费品的精益物流配送 另一个国内的家电巨头海尔通过 一流三网 模式 实现了三零运作体现了精益物流的要求关 键 词精益思想物流精益物流单件流2AbstractIt is a more new program that lean thing flows , this paper havefirst intro
