1、江西省快递服务业现状分析与发展对策研究 摘 要快递业是为适应国际贸易对商业文件快速传递的要求,于 20世纪 60年代首先在发达国家迅速发展起来的一种新兴的运输服务, 20世纪 80年代引入我国后发展很快,随着经济全球化进程的不断加快,快递业因其快捷、灵活、可追踪的服务,受到了各国的普遍欢迎和重视,并且已经成为世界贸易增长和全球物流市场发展的推动力量。经过对江西快递服务业的调查发现:江西快递服务业虽起步较晚,但已取得了长足的发展,且发展势头强劲;江西快递企业根据企业运行状况可以划分为“国有企业模式”、“总部+分支机构模式”、“单一民营企业模式”三种;江西邮政速递(江西 EMS)无论是经营条件、经
2、营业务还是经营收入,在江西快递企业中名列第一。但同时也看到,江西快递业规模仍然较小,其企业数量、经营快递业务量、业务收入总量与全国比都比较小;快递市场出现无序竞争;快递公司良莠不齐,不安全隐患一触即发。剖析江西快递发展影响因素认为:经济的发展和观念的改变为江西快递服务业提供了广阔的市场空间,而制约江西快递业发展的不仅有政策法律的不健全,也有企业自身的问题。因而本文提出发展江西快递服务业的对策:一是健全政策法规,优化行业管理;二是提高企业竞争力,加强行业自律;三是合理布局网络,鼓励联合并购;四是打造江西品牌,发展公路客运快递。关键词:江西快递业市场规模与结构运行模式行业管理联合并购1 Abstr
