4、 了理论研 究 、实地调研 、实体解剖与区域 比较 的方法来 阐述 了关 中传统 民居的居住形态历史演进 。旨为对关中民居 院落型制的进一步研究和对物质文化遗产 的传承与保护 ,以及为现代乡土建筑和新农村建设的规划与设计提供一些有益 的参考和借鉴作用 。论文第一部分首先通过大量的调研 资料和专著查询整理清楚关中的地理 、地形 、文化特点以及从原始社会至现代的关中居住建筑发展简史。第二部分通过对关 中传统建筑 的发展历史的文献考证 ,以此 为切入点 ,总结 了影响关中民居形成的因素、关 中民居 的分布 ,接着进一步剖析关 中民居 的基本特征 、建筑单体构造和 院落基本组成 。第三部分是论文 的重
5、 点部分 ,结合古建筑 构造类 的理论专著 ,并对调研 的古 民居进行实体剖析 ; 对 比其传统 民居建筑单体的实际构造 ,包括其木构架类型 、楼层构造 ,墙体构造 的几种类型、屋顶类型和局部装饰类型等进一步归纳 、整理 出关 中传统 民居建筑单体的型制特征 。接下来 的第 四部分在对 单体建筑 的基本类型进行分析后 , 更进 一步地解剖 关 中传统 民居建筑单体组成部分 的分类构造类 型 、建筑材料组成 与施工工艺 ,最后也对关 中 民居所使用 的主要建筑材料进行 了重点归纳 ,实地调查结果与专著文献相 印证 ,总结其使用特性 ,加工方法等 。本文的最后一部分对关 中地 区新农村建设中的实际
6、案例进行分析 , 探讨新农村建设 中农村住宅 的建设模式 。并通过对关中地 区结合传统与现代 的农村住宅项 目分析 ,初步探索地域特 色新农村 的建设方法 。论文 的最后 ,结合 国 内其他地 区建设地域特 色新农村 的实践经验 ,提 出建 设有关 中地域特 色农村住宅 的相关建议 : 并对农村新 乡土住宅 的单体设计作出新 的构思 ,提 出了参考 的方案和设计原则 。并分别对解决关 中农村住宅建设 中存在 的问题 ,为建 设有地域特 色 的新 农村提 出了一些可 行性方 案 。关键词 : 关 中地 区; 传统 民居 ; 型制A b straet T itle :A n a ly sis o
