1、题目 阿里巴巴发展跨境电商 现状及对策研究阿里巴巴发展跨境电商现状及对策研究摘要： 随着现代信息和互联网技术的迅速发展，受益于国家的对外开放与对跨境贸易 实行的优惠政策，我国的跨境电商平台数量出现井喷式增长，国家实施的对外开放政 策加速了跨境电商平台的产生速度。在整个市场环境下，电子商务在国家经济上的作 用越来越大，尤其是在对外经济贸易上。电子商务活动相对于传统的商业活动而言具 有它独有的优势。该优势是它具有信息化、电子化、网络化、便捷化等。这些优势不 仅改变了传统的商业活动，还给企业带来了新的的商机。阿里巴巴于 2014 年在美国上 市，“双十一”时期，阿里巴巴协同旗下速卖通、天猫国际、淘宝
2、海外几个平台扩展海 外业务，把全球 200 多个国家及地区列入 2014 年的“双十一”购物狂欢节名单之内。 对于各种政策的优势和各大电商的看重，相信在不久的将来无论境内境外，电商都将 处于全面发展的状态。本文直接以我国跨境电商平台的发展现状为切入点，从宏观角度分析阿里巴巴发 展跨境电子商务的现状及其对策研究。本文将结合本专业所学国际贸易及电子商务等 相关理论知识，分析跨境电商平台这种模式对我国外贸带来的影响以及阿里巴巴这一 中国电子商务巨头的运营状况，并且面对其发展现状深入分析当前所存在的问题。 关键词：跨境电商，对外贸易，阿里巴巴IAbstractWith the rapid develo
