7、课时不知道该如何备，找不到重点和难点。如此一来，就又重新投入仔细听课，抓重难点和考点。慢慢领悟到指导老师是如何导入，如何将难点简化再简化，用学生能快速接受的方式呈现给学生，如何强化运用学问点。最终渐渐地才做到真正意义上的听课。备课：前期我的备课只是写教案。后来在教学实践中觉察，状况并不会按自己想象中的那样开展。老师应当把大量的时间用于钻研教材，翻查收集资料，了解学生，优化教学设计。其中了解学生，优化教学设计显得尤为重要。记得有一次讲课文阅读，觉察许多学生读完后无法做出课后习题，我感到很惊奇阅读并不难，为什么大多数同学都不会做呢。下课后只得重新更改教学设计，把阅读理解练习题换为找出每一段落的一个
8、关键词。让人兴奋的是，同学们便可精确快速地找出来，教材是死的，人是活的，所以引导方式很重要。备课要做到三备：备教材、备学生、备教法。讲解试卷和作业也是如此，并不是拿着一张卷子、一本作业就从头讲解到尾，而是要分析重难点、易错点、考点，有针对性讲解。同时每次课后，须要了解学生学问驾驭程度，觉察学生学习困难，刚好调整教学节奏，变更教学方法。上课: 前期上课，都是我一个人讲解，感觉像个人展示。后来在指导老师的帮助下，学会给学生思索时间，让学生参加课堂教学。同时多鼓励小组探讨，给时机小组展示。这样一来充分调动了学生的主动性和学习热忱和学习爱好。最终能够根本把握整个上课的启动环节、导入环节、绽开环节、调整
