1、一、工程概况山东某发电有限公司热电一期（1300MW）烟囱工程为单管套筒式烟囱。外筒为钢筋砼筒壁，高204米。内筒为等直径自立式钢内筒，高210米，钢内筒直径7.119米，内壁粘贴55mm发泡玻璃砖。钢内筒为全钢结构，标高0.0069 米；73139米；143200.5（204.5210）米分别采用18 mm；14；12厚JNS耐酸钢板焊制，6973米；104108米；139143米；174178米；200.5204.5米，采用16厚JNS耐酸钢板焊制，钢内筒总重502.5吨。烟囱混凝土外筒与钢内筒之间共设六检修平台，分别在标高40 米、75 米、110 米、145 米、180 米、202.5
2、米处设置。每层平台分别设置四个止晃装置。二、施工依据2.1烟囱工程施工及验收规范GBJ78-85；2.2烟囱设计规范GB50051-2002；2.3普通碳素结构钢技术条件GB700-88；2.4钢制焊接容器GB15019982.5钢结构工程施工验收规范GB50205-2001；2.6钢结构焊接技术规程JGJ81-20022.7火电施工质量检验及评定标准焊接土建篇；2.8电力建设安全工作规程建筑工程篇DL5009.1-2002；2.9氩弧焊手工电弧及气体保护焊焊缝坡口的基本形式GB985-88；2.10某某设计院设计的烟囱相关图纸及设计变更单；2.11相关国家标准及电力部标准。三、施工资源计划3
