11、决打击 crack down12.调节经济关系 用adjust不如用balance好。要认清语言的深层含义！13.维护社会正义 uphold the social justice14.中国最高人民法院 the Supreme Peoples Court of China15.人民陪审员制度 peoples juror system16.建立完善 好像中文标识的是两个意思，但是在英文的口译之中，单单用develop 就可以了。阳光下的审判其实意思就是光明正大的审判的意思 林超伦的翻译是 its now all above board17.中国民主法制建设的进步 我初步翻译的是 the progr
12、ess of the development of the democratic legal system. 但是林的翻译是 the progress of democratic legal development 呵呵18.这个句子很好！ 我们有信心建设一个更加公正、更加廉洁、更加高效、更加文明，具有中国特色的社会主义审判机制和组织体系 We are confident that we will have a socialist trial mechanism and an organizational system that is fairer, corruption free, more

14、法放到后面去，但实际上可以说 to use the law to do sth25.表示不断加强、努力的套词：strengthen、drive forward、increase the effort、facilitate the effort、carry out the .、facilitate、26.适合 suit. 及物动词 呵呵。好简单今天做的都是关于地方介绍的，覆盖面很广！（Trans代表正确翻译）中文里介绍地方的气候环境的时候，往往会出现很多并列的词组，比如下面：这里平均海拔为 4米左右，属热带季风气候，四季分明，日照丰富，雨量充沛。一共五个信息点，当都比较并列。我刚开始听的时候，便
15、一下子记乱了笔记。Trans: It averages about 4 meters above sea level. It has a tropical monsoon climate, withfour different seasons, plenty of sunshine and good rainfall. 分成两句话，尤其是第二句比较好。准确运用 with 衔接多个名词链接。还有就是要留意 average 这个词的用法。现代化国际大都市：International metropolitan city肩负着面向世界、服务中国的使命：我开始翻译的时候就是shoulder the responsibility in facing theworld and servicing China. 语法等等暂且不提，单就构思就不是很高明：Trans: be the window to the world and a powerhouse of the Chinese econ
