3、37一展望内容37谢辞 .37参考文献 .39物流仓储与配送优化设计- 以顺丰集团为例摘要随着物流系统的信息化、 现代物流的快速发展， 物流市场间竞争也愈演愈烈，运输、仓储、配送一体化趋势日益明显，运作上也会出现一些风险。如何将仓储与配送有效进行信息优化，降低居高不下的物流成本费用，有效降低物流运输费用，规避一系列风险是一大问题。主要内容：在此论文写作过程中，主要以顺丰速运仓库为例进行该仓库的总平面布置以及配送线路的优化。布置中以物流分析和作业单位间相互关系分析为例，在总体布置中充分考虑了员工工作环境的安全、物流工作效率和易搬运性等因素，最终布置出一种较理想的方案。配送线路也主要以节约里程法设
4、计最优的配送线路，主要以费用最小、适度、动态的原则进行优化，使配送线路中涉及的一切在库维持费、装卸搬运费、运输费用等都达到最小。研究方法：本方案在详细分析了顺丰集团仓储与运输的现状上，运用了访谈法、文献比较法、引文分析法分析了它的系统特点、运作模式、风险分析、货运量及周转量的相关性分析。结论：最后是它的一些管理规划，并指出现已存在的问题，并试图就其信息方面给出一个优化方案设计，让配送线路节约 2664 公里，使企业在物流活动中达到物流、人员和信息的传递效率最佳，降低生产成本，从而使顺丰速运在激烈的市场竞争中处于有利的位置。仓储区布置能够增加货物周转量、改善物流品质、降低物流成本、提高物流服务水
