1、现场施工组织设计与管理研究 37415字 投稿：高炒炓摘 要 施工组织设计是指导施工全过程各项活动的技术经济的纲领性文件，是施工企业低投入、高产出、高质量、平安施工的重要手段，也是正确处理人、机、料、法、环之间的矛盾，合理而科学地、方案而有序地、周密而均衡地组织施工生产的重要措施。 搞好施工组织设计不但能充分发挥施工企业内部各方面的潜力，调动各方面的积极性和创造性，为施工企业创造良好的经济效益和社会效益，而且还可以使施工企业在竞争剧烈的社会主义市场竞争中，永远立于不败之地。 但是，由于整个社会制度以及企业本身还处在开展和完善之中，还存在着施工单位内部及施工单位与其它单位之间这样或那样的不利因素
2、，影响施工企业现场施工组织的正常开展和顺利进行。 本文就是为了解决上述问题，通过结合国内外类似工程施工组织设计管理方面的经验，研究和分析影响目前国内工程施工组织过程中存在的主要矛盾和问题，通过运用因素分析法和归纳法，找出这些问题的症结所在及其解决对策，以便在以后的工程施工组织设计中，对症下药，防止出现类似矛盾和问题，从而为以后工程施工组织管理提供借鉴。 关键词： 施工组织 施工组织设计 施工质量管理 ii i Design and Research on the Field Construction Management Lin Xiang-li (Industrial Engineering

4、truction, and an important measure to deal with inconsistency among such different resources as labor，equipments ， materials ，regulations and environment so as to organize and manage construction and production reasonably and scientifically，well-planed and orderlyc，arefully and smoothly. Well prepar
5、ed construction management could not only thoroughly develop potential abilities of all components in the construction enterprise and stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of its members to produce economic and social benefits for the construction enterprise，but also enable it to succeed forever i
6、n the fiercely-competing socialist market economy. However, since the social system, as well as the construction enterprise itself，is in the process of development，the existing unfavorable factors which are inside and outside, are influencing the normal performance and smoothly implementation of the
7、 field construction management of the construction enterprise. The academic thesis focuses on the solution of issues above by combining and comparing similar cases on construction management home and abroad， i v by analyzing and studying major conflicts and problems existed in the organizing and con
8、structing of domestic construction project at present based on factors analysis method and induction methods to find the answers and resolving methods. So we can well conduct the construction management in the future, with the relative and suitable methods and at the same time, avoiding the similar
