1、.摘 要近几年,随着我国经济建设的飞速发展,我国机动车保有量每年以超过10%的速度递增,尤其是中、高档轿车的增长速度更是惊人。现代所有的汽车制造厂家,都已经意识到车辆经过行驶一段时间后,汽车的行驶系与转向系中各个活动零件,都将因为磨损而造成汽车的行驶稳定性、转向轻便性和乘坐舒适性等性能明显的下降。例如:减震弹簧弹性疲乏,车身底盘距地高度的降低。汽车的悬架及转向系统中各个活动零件的磨损,将会引起零件松动、大梁弯曲或车身倾斜的现象。上述所有情形,都会造成车辆驾驶性能上的瑕疵,以及燃油消耗过多,零件加速地磨损、轮胎磨损过剧等现象。为了降低零件的磨损,汽车制造厂特意将汽车底盘悬架及转向系统予以改良,使
2、其能在一定范围内进行调整,来满足因零件磨损而予以补偿的作用。国外对汽车四轮定位调整技术的研究已有多年,而我国成批量生产轿车只有一二十年,我国的轿车生产基本上是引进外国的技术和生产线,像桑塔纳、捷达、高尔夫、富康等车,都属于家庭用车,在外国已生产了许多年。因此这些车型的四轮定位及调整,还是引进前的技术状况。目前这些车在国外已基本淘汰,在我国还在生产。所以对这些车型的四轮定位调整技术改进,可以在汽车制造厂和社会上一起,对新旧车都予以实施。本论文在阐述了国内外汽车四轮定位的发展沿革,了解汽车四轮定位的发展历程,对二者进行比较并加以阐述后,并对其原理和作用详的分析。同时了解市场上的四轮定位的结构特点,
3、比较异同之处,并对其使用方法进行探讨与说明。然后对市场上几种主要的四轮定位检测技术进行描述和对比,尤其是对其技术的不同之处来进行分析,最后提出汽车四轮定位仪检测技术的发展趋势。关键词:汽车;四轮定位;汽车检测;技术分析ABSTRACTIn recent years, along with the rapid development of economy in China, Chinas motor vehicle quantities of more than 10% a year, speed increases, especially the growth of luxrous cars
