4、销管理软软件来优化企企业财务业务务流程的管理理，降低财务部门的工工作量，减少少员工及领导导在财务报销销上的精力损损耗。本文首先说明课课题的来源和和背景，针对对企业的实际际情况及财务务报销管理系系统的特点，通过过对目前各种种流行技术的的全面的比较较，并对本领领域相关的理理论深入研究分析，对对系统进行全全面的梳理和和优化后，最最终确定了系系统的建设方方案：针对公司原有报报销流程业务务，根据公司司的实际办公公环境采用 LotussNotess/Domiino平台为开发工具具，同时在其其之上通过对对报销业务流流程进行建模模、分析和优优化，此业务流程管理理系统是以知知识管理为工工作的中心，以以互联网为前
5、前提的平台，增增强了报销业务流流程的灵活性性和适应性。本系统采用 BB/S 结构，数据据库采用 Dominno 的文档型数数据库。在数数据库分布上考虑到报销销单据的数据据量庞大，按按照各类报销销业务的数据据量分布以及及单据内容特点，将财财务报销管理理系统的报销销库分为：借借款、差旅、交交通费、招待待费、日常费用、其他他费用几个数数据库，分类类别存贮报销销单据，并利利用同步索引引机制将几个数据库中中的单据状态态实时更新集集中起来。在财务报销管理理系统内部模模块间交互、与与外部财务 ERP 系统等交互互连接时，采用面向服服务的体系结结构思想实现现系统的松耦耦合，屏蔽平平台的相关性性。面向服务的体系
6、结结构能够令使使用者很容易易地将业务流流程与系统进进行绑定，通通过 XI制证技术实现服服务封装，避避免了资源与与时间的浪费费。由于应用用了业务流程程关系很有效地降低了了其自身的繁繁琐程度，使使得面向服务务的组件得到到了更高的使使用率。本文以提高业务务复杂度、增增强系统交互互性为目标，充充分利用 Lotuss 的技术和平台优势，结结合业务流程程管理思想的的一般要求和和财务报销的的实际情况，将将系统封装成粗粒度度的服务接口口，实现了一一个财务报销销管理系统，为为财务报销及及相关管理信息提供供合理的管理理平台，保证证了在合理的的监管控制之之下企业内工工作有效地执行。关键词：财务报报销管理；业业务流程
