1、复方聚乙二醇联合二甲硅油在结肠镜检查中的应用效果观察LI的探言寸复方聚乙二醇联合二中硅油在结肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法 选 取 我院收治的100例接受无痛肠镜检查的患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组50例。 对照组服复方聚乙二醇电解质散，实验组在行肠道准备后服复方聚乙一醇散 以及二中硅油，对比两组患者的肠道内气泡量存在程度、检查操作总时 间以及肠道 清洁程度。结果 实验组患者的检查操作总时间为(11.60+1.50) min,短于对照组的 (17.102.31) min,差异具有统计学意义(PV0.05)。实验组患者 肠道清洁程度I级+11 级46例，HI级+IV级4例；而对照组患者肠道清洁程
2、度I级+11级47例，III级+IV 级3例，组间对比，差异无统计学意义(P0.05)o实验 组患者肠道内气泡量I级49例， II级1例，而对照组患者肠道内气泡量I级15例，I 级21例，II 级10例，IV级 4例，组间比较，差异具有统计学意义(P 0.05)o结论复方聚乙二醇联合二中硅油用 于肠道检查前的肠道准备的效果较为显著，可以有效降低肠道内的气泡量存在程度， 且视野的清晰度更高，操作时间也更短。Abstract： Objective To investigate the effect of compound polyethylene glycol combined with dime

In the control group, there were 15
6、cases of grade I in the intestine, 21 cases of grade IL 10 cases of grade IIL 4 cases of grade IV, and comparison between groups, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).
