1、第四届国际矿山安全学术研讨会一号通知4th International Symposium on Mine SafetyFirst Notice为推动矿山安全技术领域国际交流，充分展示与交流近年来国内外矿山安全方面的新理论、新技术和新装备，加强高校、科研院所、矿山企业在矿山安全领域新技术的交流，提升矿山安全技术水平，辽宁工程技术大学拟定于2012年8月4日-6日在辽宁省阜新市举办“第四届国际矿山安全学术研讨会”。会议采用院士、专家主题演讲和互动交流等方式与参会代表进行深入、广泛的研讨和交流。To promote international exchanges in the field of m
2、ine safety technology, fully display and exchange the latest achievements, techniques and equipments which mine enterprises at home and abroad have obtained in mine safety in recent years, strengthen the exchange and application of new techniques in mine safety field between universities, scientific

7、年5月31日前发出。 录用的论文将收录在第四届国际矿山安全学术研讨会论文集（2012年刊），煤炭工业出版社出版，ISTP检索。经过专家评审后的优秀论文将在辽宁工程技术大学学报（自然科学版）2012年第4期发表。（论文在学报或论文集发表可自选） 在辽宁工程技术大学学报发表的论文，论文费用1800元/篇（4个版面），超过4个版面每页加收400元。收录第四届国际矿山安全学术研讨会论文集（2012年刊）的论文2000元/篇。Paper Requirements Never published in academic conference, proceedings and journals. The f
8、ull texts of all papers should be submitted in Chinese and English simultaneously. Each paper is not less than 4 pages generally. The specific format of the paper can refer to Journal of Liaoning Technical University (Natural Science Edition). The affiliation, contact address, postcode, phone and Em
9、ail should be mentioned in the submission. Please send your full paper to the meeting liaison office before April 30, 2012. The notification of acceptance will be sent out before May 31, 2012. Accepted papers will be included in the Fourth International Mine Safety Symposium Proceedings (2012 Annual
10、), published by China Coal Industry Publishing House and indexed by ISTP. The distinguished papers through expert review will be published in 2012 4th issue of Journal of Liaoning Technical University (Natural Science Edition). (Author must choose either journal or the proceedings) The publishing fe
11、e of RMB 1,800 per paper is asked when the paper is published in Journal of Liaoning Technical University. A standard paper should not exceed 4 pages. If the length exceeds 4 pages, RMB 400 will be charged for each page. The publishing fee of RMB 2,000 per paper is asked when the paper is included i
