1、乡镇便民效劳中心典型经验材料 乡镇便民效劳中心典型经验材料打造效劳农民群众的行政“超市市“-市创立“乡镇便民民效劳中心“的做法2月开始，全面开展展了创立和标准乡镇便民效劳务中心建设工作。截至目前，该市18个乡镇全部建立了了便民效劳中心，191个行行政村设立了“民事帮办点“，2606个村民小组配齐齐了“民事帮办联络员“，形形成了“三级效劳网络“。全全市18个乡镇共为群众办理理各种效劳4万余件，解决矛矛盾纠纷5600余起，接受受群众诉求咨询6万余起，发发布产业开展、农技、劳务用用工信息1万余条，帮助1000余户农民找到了致富创业业的好路子，8000多名返返乡农民实现了再就业。有力力3月20日，省委

4、是是利用劳动保障的场所。四是是加强宣传引导。中心投入使使用后，各乡镇采取召开村组组干部会议、张贴公告、印发发效劳指南等多种形式，向群群众广泛宣传效劳中心的根本本设置、效劳内容和工作流程程二、建建章立制，凸显效能一是建建立完善制度。该市便民效劳务中心坚持在实践中摸索经验验，统一制作了便民效劳中心心门牌，统一制定了便民效劳务中心工作制度、领导带班值值班制度、监督管理考核制度度等10多项制度，统一标准范了便民效劳中心工作流程，全体工作人员做到挂牌上岗岗、职责公开，自觉接受群众众监督。二是突出方便快捷。该市按照“便民利民“和“能进那么进“的宗旨，结合各各乡镇的实际，将基层站所分分为全部进驻单位、局部派
