1、乡镇便民效劳中心典型经验材料 乡镇便民效劳中心典型经验材料打造效劳农民群众的行政“超市市“-市创立“乡镇便民民效劳中心“的做法2月开始,全面开展展了创立和标准乡镇便民效劳务中心建设工作。截至目前,该市18个乡镇全部建立了了便民效劳中心,191个行行政村设立了“民事帮办点“,2606个村民小组配齐齐了“民事帮办联络员“,形形成了“三级效劳网络“。全全市18个乡镇共为群众办理理各种效劳4万余件,解决矛矛盾纠纷5600余起,接受受群众诉求咨询6万余起,发发布产业开展、农技、劳务用用工信息1万余条,帮助1000余户农民找到了致富创业业的好路子,8000多名返返乡农民实现了再就业。有力力3月20日,省委

2、常委委、纪委书记尚勇来调研时,对该市乡镇便民效劳中心建建设及工作取得的成绩,给予予了充分肯定。该市主要做法法是: 一是高位推动。2月月,该市委及时研究下发了关于建立和标准乡便民效劳务中心建设工作的实施意见,成立了相应的组织机构。该市纪委在全力抓好塘湾镇镇和流口镇两个便民效劳中心心建设示范点的根底上,于55月5日,组织21个乡党委委书记、副书记、纪委书记及及市直相关涉农部门的领导,在塘湾镇召开了全市乡镇便便民效劳中心建设现场会。该该市纪委书记亲自协调、亲自自督导便民效劳中心建设工作作,屡次深入乡镇现场指导,并经常 督导相关领导抓抓好效劳中心建设。各乡镇党党委也非常重视便民效劳中心心建设,都召开了

4、是是利用劳动保障的场所。四是是加强宣传引导。中心投入使使用后,各乡镇采取召开村组组干部会议、张贴公告、印发发效劳指南等多种形式,向群群众广泛宣传效劳中心的根本本设置、效劳内容和工作流程程二、建建章立制,凸显效能一是建建立完善制度。该市便民效劳务中心坚持在实践中摸索经验验,统一制作了便民效劳中心心门牌,统一制定了便民效劳务中心工作制度、领导带班值值班制度、监督管理考核制度度等10多项制度,统一标准范了便民效劳中心工作流程,全体工作人员做到挂牌上岗岗、职责公开,自觉接受群众众监督。二是突出方便快捷。该市按照“便民利民“和“能进那么进“的宗旨,结合各各乡镇的实际,将基层站所分分为全部进驻单位、局部派
