10、特殊状况中的表现,以推断其解决问题的力量。(3)非引导式面试(无目的式面试)。即主考官海阔天空地与应试者交谈,让应试者自由地发表谈论,尽量活跃气氛,在闲聊中观看应试者的力量、学问、谈吐和风度。(4)压力式面试。由主考官有意识地对应应试者施加压力,针对某一问题做一连串的发问,不仅具体,而且追根问底,直至无法回答。甚至有意识刺激应试者,看应试者在突如其来的压力下能否做出恰当的反应,以观看其机灵程度和应变力量。(5)综合式面试。由主考官通过多种方式综合考察应试者多方面的才能。如用外语同应试者会话以考察其外语水平,让应试者抄写一段文字以考察其书法,让应试者讲一段课文以考察其演讲力量等,或许还会要求应试者现场操作等。以上几种面试是依据面试的内容划分的。在实际面试过程中,主考官可能只实行一种面试方式,也可能同时接受几种面试方式。
