5、的来源和增长速度难以满足其发展的需要。 相对有财政拨款的公办高校，民办高校消费者承担的高等教育经费,即缴纳学费总量在不断增加，但依靠学费来扩大高等教育筹资能力的潜力有限。而包括科研及校办产业收入、社会捐赠收入以及其它来源如银行贷款也是目前我国高校资金来源的组成部分，但其所占比例较小，在目前很难成为民办高校教育经费的主要来源。 著名教育学家厉以宁提出了应利用资本市场发展教育的观点。但是没有进行具体的探讨。还有一些学者对高校利用资本市场融资进行了一定的研究，提出了关于民办高校利用资本市场的现状及介入资本市场的一些途径，但这些研究较多地缺乏系统性研究，而且对高校利用资本市场融资的保障问题缺乏研究。
6、本文首先对资本市场和民办高校的相关概念进行了界定，接着论述了民办高校利用资本市场进行融资的必要性和可行性。分析了现阶段国内外民办高校资本市场融资现状，揭示了我国民办高校资本市场融资的面临问题，提出借鉴国外民办教育资本市场融资成功经验，最后对如何保障民办高校利用资本市场融资进行研究，根据我国现阶段国情建议充分发挥资本市场、国家、社会、民办高校自身四个关键主体的力量解决民办高校面临的资金问题。 关键词： 民办高校 融资 资本市场 中国ABSTRACTFrom the middle and late of l 990s，the distribution structures and manageme

8、ivate higher education funds cannot match the needs of the development of private higher education Relative to a financial provision of public universities, private colleges consumer to bear the higher education funding, which is increasing the total payment of tuition feesAdditionally，others source
9、s of the private higher education funds include the incomes from scientific research and universityhold enterprises，the social endowments and loans from banks at present，but the percentage of these funds in the overall private higher education funds is very low，and it is difficult for them to be the

Professor Li Yi-ning suggested developing the education taking advantage of capital market，but he didnt give it material researchSome scholars have put attention to the problem of the universities financing through capital market，and
11、 put forward to the status quo of the problem and some approaches which universities use to finance through capital market，but they lacked systematic framework and didnt give attention to the corresponding guarantee forth universities financing through capital market . Firstly, this paper identifies
12、 the concept of capital market and the private colleges, and then discusses the use of private capital markets for financing universities the necessity and feasibility. Analysis of current domestic and international status of capital market financing private universities, private universities in Chi
13、na reveals the problems facing the capital market financing, private education raised from abroad the successful experience of capital markets, and finally how to protect the private universities to study the use of capital market financing, according to Our proposal at this stage full capital marke
