3、d progress with physician and nursing colleagues assigned to patient. - prepare and assist physician with procedures. - collaborate and co-operate with physicians and other health care providers in the smooth delivery of patient care and service. - follow - up to ensure continuity of patient care an
4、d treatment plan. - deliver safe and competent nursing care. - demonstrate clinical skills, knowledge and critical thinking in the delivery of patient care. - provide patient / family information and education on disease prevention, process and rehabilitation. - manage complex patient care. - mainta
5、in and care in the use of the equipment and supplies. - act as a resource person. - cross-cover as head nurse assigned. - supervise junior nurses and be preceptor as assigned. knowledge, skills, and abilities: - modify interventions based on a deep understanding of patient and family needs attained
